That was fast..
First. We were referring to the risks he takes in his designs.
Second. Marc Jacobs has never been convicted of "drug trafficking." If you mean the Anthrax/Coke/Employee incident, which we assume you are, an employee at one of his stores called 911 to report anthrax. It was later found to be Cocaine. That's it. That's the whole story. No one was convicted of anything. If anything the cops knew that anyone who works in the fashion industry and hasn't yet learned to recognize an eight-ball of yayo is probably too dumb to play any role in drug trafficking.

So next time you might want to get your facts straight, anonymous.

Marc Jacobs is one of the best designers of the past decade.
I mean, are we going take into account every single designer who has come near or far to drugs?
Donatella did drugs before she quit; Alexander McQueen did drugs (God bless his soul; he was amazing)Point is:
They are all shear genius and drugs or no drugs, genius is Genius!!
Marc Jacobs = GENIUS.
Way to tell it like it is, gals! <3 your blog.
Someone said that to you? You should respond with the "convicting" that he or she is obviously poorly educated and has a low intelligence quotient.
Also, who would mistake coke for anthrax? This person obviously has no friends.
And what's so bad about drugs?
In any case, I am happy to see you standing up for Marc Jacobs! I actually just bought a Marc Jacobs dress this past weekend so your post is especially pleasing.
Side note: have you seen his West Village townhouse, which is actually more like a complex? http://www.upscaleswagger.com/wp-content/uploads/2009/03/marcjacobs_pics.jpg
Um. Love Marc Jayyy.
Strange how people who have criticism never fail to be named anonymous. Ball up, haters.
